Nick made this a positive experience. He called ahead. Explained things. Even called to let me know he could come that day when I thought I’d have to wait a few weeks. This was not an emergency but the lights in the kitchen decided when and if they wanted to work. A little annoying when cooking. A few other fixtures were following along. Nice work.

Their service was impeccable. And the technicians knew exactly how to perform successfully the job at hand. There was a slight misunderstanding between us which called for their return to my house. I must be honest to say, these situations do arise sometimes. After cooling off, I realize that throughout the conversations between us, Mr. Electric's staff and techs were at all times professional and courteous. They even installed an extra GFCI at no cost. You do not get better care than I did from them.

Very punctual. If something causes a delay, they always call to keep you updated. Professional, knowledgeable, fast, and very courteous. There were a couple different options to fix my breaker box, and Eric took the extra time to price all of them to figure out the cheapest way to do it. Highly recommend!

We currently had our panel replaced by Daniel and co. and they were super pleasant to talk to and they were clear and concise about what needed to be done. Shortly after they replaced the panel, one of our kitchen receptacles shorted while I was trying to run the microwave. Daniel came out again and was able to figure out the problem and execute a solution very quickly! (Turns out the receptacle that blew was connected to the refrigerator receptacle across the room. It's an old house. Glad they could figure it out and come up with a solution!) Again, very pleasant to talk to. We called in both times to pay our bill (for panel replacement and receptacle repair) and the receptionist is super sweet and provides a pleasant experience. Great company, great vibes. Will call on them any time we need electricians!
