I plan on selling my house next year, and I decided to have electrical work done in anticipation of selling the property to the next homeowner. This wasn't an emergency, but it was large in scope, and I knew it would require multiple visits to get everything done. I contacted Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro and they dispatched Shawn W. to my home. I couldn't be happier with Shawn's work — his experience, his professionalism, his work ethic, and his flexibility in working with me. He started by doing an electrical safety inspection of my home (e.g., testing GFCI circuits), and then we talked through the scope of work I wanted. Shawn broke down the scope into multiple estimates, which allowed us to schedule multiple visits and transparently understand how much each piece of work would cost. I found the price structure was more than reasonable for the scope of work, and decided to proceed in several stages. During his first visit, Shawn replaced all of the 30-year-old Square D breakers in my main electrical panel, and installed a brand new whole house surge protector (which I did not have before). While doing this, Shawn was also careful not to cut power to my wife's computer during her remote work hours. She most definitely appreciated that. I was also happy to hear that Shawn would be the electrician to return to my home for the rest of the work. When he returned, he worked over a 2-day period to replace 3 ceiling fans, to install an additional (4th) ceiling fan, to replace about 8 light fixtures that dated back to the 1995 construction of the home, to install a chandelier and a foyer light, to install a range hood, and to install several pendant lights in the kitchen. My God! — My house no longer looks like it was built in 1995! Everything is now in brushed nickel with LED lights, all of which can be set to different levels of light intensity. When my house goes on the market next year, I'm sure that Shawn's work will encourage potential buyers to make good offers! Thanks again, Shawn!!!

Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the visit. He took the time to assess my home’s Cat 5e wiring, listened to what I had already tried, and helped me work through the issue by ruling out one of the problems I suspected. He clearly explained my options and gave thoughtful advice without any pressure. Mr. Electric let me know when the technician was going to arrive. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. My projects required him to climb into the attic in July, which was uncomfortable to say the least. He did the job in an efficient manner and cleaned up after he was done. This is the second time I have used this company and have had a great experience both times. I highly recommend this company.

Richard came out and did a phenomenal job replacing a few of our light fixtures. He was punctual and let us know when he would be arriving, he explained everything thoroughly and showed us options, and was extremely polite and professional.
