    Unknowingly, the surge protector plug in our home office had worn out resulting in all the power in that room shutting down. When my husband flipped the breaker switch on our main electrical panel, the breaker broke (never knew that was possible!). Mr Electric came to the rescue! Within 4 hours from our initial call, our service tech, Josh Leuty, arrived. He was absolutely terrific … professional, good listener, caring, concerned, etc. He analyzed the problem, installed a new breaker on the panel, recommended we immediately purchase a “more up to date” surge protector, etc. we were back up and running within 30 minutes. This is the third time we have called on Mr Electric … and we have been pleased with the work of the licensed electricians every time. We highly recommend.

    We hired Mr. Electric to run a new buried electric circuit to our pool pump. The old buried line was 35 years old and the conduit had rusted out and was causing the GFCI to kick off every few days.     We needed quite a few things done but the major work was to add an outlet in our closet so our closet system lights would work. Travis came to give us an estimate and took the time to make sure he knew exactly what he had to do to add the outlet. On the day of install, he tackled each item addressing hiccups as he ran into them, in an intelligent and professional manner while keeping me informed of issues and his progress. I will definitely use them again, without hesitation, for future jobs.

    Mr. Rigo Calderon of Mr. Electric came out to my home in S. Grand Prairie to look at my situation whereby I had inadvertently mowed over my floodlight to my American Flag. He said he could replace the light, wiring and housing within an hour. Not only did Rigo do a Superb, Professional job, including my dimmer switch, but he showed that my two dimmer switches were unsafe and not up to code. For little extra money he got two new covers and replaced both. Sure enough at night my American & Texas flags are brilliantly lit up. Total charge was $325.00 In contrast TLC Electric gave me a bid of $1,097.00 + a $69.00 (undisclosed) dispatch fee! Also. Germy of TLC had left a cover off my dimmer switch that I had to call them back for him to put back on.

    Great service from Jake. We had a lightning strike nearby that damaged 4 circuits. Jake came out first thing in the morning. He really listened to all of our problems and then went about troubleshooting things. He had things sorted out in no time, provided a written estimate and then fixed everything right away.
