I was their very FIRST customer and I still use them today. Having moved three times in the last 7 years, I have called on Floyd and Pam at each and every house I have owned for electrical repairs, landscape lighting and to install a whole house generator. It is a huge relief when you can trust a contractor to come into your home and repair things according to code. Peace of mind is important. I feel confident they will do what they say they will do and they have always quoted the job before they started with no surprises. I trust them like family.

I was referred to this company by a friend. Each time that I spoke with Pam on the phone she was extremely helpful and very kind. She provided me with needed information. Although they serve many clients, she made me feel as though I was their only client. When Dustin arrived at my home early, which is always a good indicator of company practice. Dustin is a talented young man who has much patience. For each question I asked, he answered in detail, all while he continuously worked. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything that he was doing. He is a very unique person and is a tremendous asset to your company. I will definitely recommend you to others.

I have called on Mr Electric for jobs big and small at my home. The work is always perfect- I know I’m in good hands. Matt and Jason have been on multiple projects and I always look forward to seeing them. They are professional and personable. They explain everything to me. They are great! Matt was very professional and did a great job installing our outside light sensor. We are going to have to adjust the sensor though because it isn't angled correctly.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this company is. From the field staff all the way to the owner…I experienced nothing but professionalism, understanding, flexibility, knowledge (both technical and in dealing with other companies such as Duke power and insurance people). You know how most places make you be the middle man when trying to schedule followup inspections or meetings with the insurance people??? Well, not these people…Pam (the owner) said "don't worry, I'll handle it" to every question or concern I had. And the main "guys of the hour" were Brett and Matt… they were punctual, professional, friendly and explained everything… even in words that I understood! From the first phone call to the last hand shake I was always kept up to date and knew what to expect. We had a complete upgrade for a whole house rewire so we were out of electricity for 3 days…. this company brought a generator and made sure our food in the refrigerator and freezer didn't spoil. I have never experienced such compassion and consideration from a company. I will be calling them for anything electric from now on…. and I suggest you do the same! PS: You're probably wondering about the cost…. prior to moving to SC I had to have the same project done at another house which was a 1992 ranch- style house with 1900 sqft and no damage. This week, Mr Electric fixed my house (an old 1950 farmhouse appx 3000sqft with extensive damage inside the power box) for the same amount of money…. less than 10k.
