This was an emergent situation. PGE contractors were placing a new power pole in our yard and switching the connection. Flickers and surges occured and then pops, flashes, and a blackened power strips. For 45 minutes I called 5 different electrical service providers trying to get someone here to coordinate with the PGE contractors. Stacey's clear direct communication was a breath of fresh air. She asked questions to understand the issue and then communicated what she would need to do (check with people in the field) in order to let me know if they could help me. She called back promptly and asked for a commitment from me if she was going to rearrange someone's schedule. I really appreciated that she was concerned both for me and for the folks in her company. Joey arrived, quickly assessed, communicated with the PGE contractors, and went through to ensure the house was safely OFF before power was restored. He then turned things back on and went through each area and checking for issues. Thankfully there were none. We've had great service and also have recommendations for how to increase electrical safety in our home.

I'd give them more stars if I could. Clayton and Jackie came out to install some extra outlets in our garage and wire up our new AC unit. They were amazing. So friendly. The work they did was fantastic and the customer service we got when we called to get the quote was also perfect. If I'm ever in need of an electrician again, I will be using them.

I called Mr Electric because I had a electrical problems from a rat that eat my electrical wire under the house. I had other workers at the house cleaning my crawl space and insulating it. I needed to get the electrician at my house before everything was covered up. To my amazement they sent out Mark in about an hour. He did a fantastic Job fixing the problem and did some rewiring. I was 150% happy with his work. Outstanding. I will use this company and Mark anytime i have issues in the future.
