Matt was excellent installing 2 new circuits in my home built in the 50s with a terrible crawl space access. He did end up running into a snag with one of them because of the weird way the extension of my house was built that made the job run longer than expected. Any other company would have probably tried to charge extra for the extra man hours but the price remained the same as what was quoted and I appreciate that. Instead of rushing through the remainder of the job he got another technician to handle his next lined up job so that he wouldn’t need to rush. He was very down to earth and was easy to talk to about what was going on (and what needed to be done to bring my house up to code for some of the existing wiring). I was not expecting this sort of friendliness from using a big company that has multiple technicians. I didn’t get the feeling that his time was being micromanaged by some overseer and would get penalized for spending a few minutes over the average install time from talking to the customer from some extra questions I had. This sort of interaction makes a world of difference and is the main reason why I’m likely to use them in the future for some bigger projects.
