Thad, was amazing. Right from the start his professionalism was on full display. He introduced himself a little bit about himself in the company. He then asked what the challenge was you allowed me to explain the problem we were having with electric stove. Thad was great at sharing his process. He explained the panel as he went through and removed face plate from the wall. We pulled out the stove. He Explained the plug and then he started testing.
