The job performed was replacing a faulty circuit breaker.to my water heater…Greg the service technician was amazing. Not only was the breaker replaced. He preformed a total home inspection at no additional cost. He was what I call an outstanding customer technician for your company.     I have worked with Mr. Electric a few times recently and have had great experiences. Scheduling and communicating with Josie in the office has been so easy. Sergey came to perform a diagnostic on a newly installed generator and did a great job explaining the need for smart load distribution and surge protection and their diagnostic picked up some previously damaged breakers in the panel. On another occasion Raul came to figure out how to install 4 new outlets in the easiest possible manner and it went incredibly smoothly. Both jobs were able to be completed the same day, and everyone was tidy, polite, friendly and great to work with.

    Dear Mr. Kleiser, I want to thank you for providing a much needed service on generators. Your company was the only one that responded to my request. I called a total of 4 companies, and yours was the only one who returned my call. Thank you. It is apparently not easy to get someone to service a generator. We have had our Guardian generator for 7 years and never had a problem, then one day is wouldn't start. We religiously maintain it and had no clue as what the problem was. But on July 9th Greg found out we had a defective solenoid. He replaced it and we were good to go. I want to commend your company on several points.
