The guys that came out were thorough and got the work done quickly. They delivered excellent service. They were so nice, friendly, and did a great job of explaining everything to me.   • Daniel and Carelton from Mr. Electric of Gastonia were professional, courteous, and very efficient in the work they did for us. They conducted a safety inspection of the electrical system in our house and presented us with an itemized list of repairs, upgrades, and optional services to consider in maintaining our home’s safety and energy efficiency in the future. They upgraded our service panel in less than estimated time, but the quality of work was specifically noted by the city inspector.   • I found Mr Electric on Angi’s list. They set up an appt to come on a couple days. They had something open up but it didn’t fit my schedule so we kept the original date. They set me a reminder the day before my appt and then again the day of. Carleton B showed up right on time. My window was from 8-11 and he was at my house at 8:00. Dressed nice and neat. Very friendly and professional wearing booties to protect my floor. He went straight to work testing all of the outlets and switches. He listened and worked to set everything up and then we waited and the breaker tripped again. I was glad he took the time to wait and make sure and. The pop was audible and he knew for certain which switch to change out. Seeing some damage on an outside plug he also changed it out. Adding silicon to make sure the outlet was sealed. He also changed out the older breaker. Then came the task of power loading the switches I have about 6 in a row and it was the process of trying one waiting and then the next etc. payment was easy with my credit card and he sent an email showing everything that was done and it had photos included so I could share it with my husband. He left after giving me his phone number so I could continue to monitor the progress. I texted him and kept him up to date on how the line was performing. This was a long process cutting into his time off the clock. He was so nice about it and put up with my texts into the late evening. The next morning I sent him a text that everything was going smoothly. Asked him a question and he was quick to respond and then he called to talk about how it was progressing. He is very nice and contentious about his job. I feel better knowing that it was fixed correctly. PART 2 I have a new house and with a new home first on my list was to have the electricity inspected and to have some lightening updated and something installed that were more to my taste. Carleton B showed up right on time and had an assistant with him named Cameron both dressed nicely and they are very friendly. First visit was having the house inspected and then with a plan in hand with the estimates and everything good and well laid out they returned to work hard. They added lightening and moved light fixtures around. Updated some old switches and lighting fixtures. Very impressive work and done in a timely manner with such good attitudes and genuine care about the work they perform. I am very happy with the work completed. Below are some photos…but they don’t show the important stuff like the electric box, updates outlets with USB ports. These guys give 100%.
