When I called to make my appointment for the evaluation with Mr Electric (whom I chose based on other reviews), I was treated with kindness and respect and given a timely date. Stanley B. arrived and again with kindness and respect, asked me how “he could be of service”. After I explained my issues to him, he performed an initial evaluation and was able to explain to me what was wrong in a way a non-electrician could understand and relate to. I found Stanley to be very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted. He did an excellent job of replacing my doorbell and tried very hard to get a new button to fit into the old casing. When it did not, he provided me with some suggestions on how to fix the old site on my home so it would look better. While he was here, he also pointed out and explained another potential issue that eventually would need to be addressed. I really appreciated the work he did but also the knowledge/education he shared with me. He is a wonderful asset to your company and I will certainly ask for Stanley B. for any future electrical issues I have!

Your employees were very professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. And without making me believe I was wasting their time. Your employees cleaned the areas up at the conclusion of their work. The work conducted looked like a professional had done the work, as it should.
