Local Electrical Services in Sedgwick, Kansas

I literally cannot sing enough praise for this company!! This is the second time we've used them and the second time they have gone above and beyond. There's a whole lotta back story here, bit ill try to condense. We recently bought a new home and when we started the AC this summer it worked for a short time, then went out. We made the mistake of calling the company whose name was plastered to the side of the units. That transaction was terrible from the start. They quoted one price then added stuff without our consent. My husband wasn't watching what the tech was doing but just happened around the corner as he was getting ready to "recharge" the AC with fluid (also without our consent). My husband asked what he was doing and he told him and then said it was going to cost hundreds of dollars. By this point we were upset and told him we would pay for what he had done, but we were ready for him to leave. He became angry and told us the cost was double what they had originally quoted. When my husband questioned the price he said "well it's not free!". Game over. The AC worked for a little while, but on July 4th we again woke up to no AC. That brings us to Aire Serv. We did what we should have done in the first place and called the company that we had a great experience with when they replaced our furnace in our last home. We called on Monday, July 5th and they were able to squeeze us in Wednesday, July 7th. JESSE was our technician. He was supposed to arrive between 10 and 11 so as with most services I was expecting to wait until 10:55. NOPE!! He called at 9:10 and asked if I was available and ready for him to come out He was so very nice. Introduced himself and got right to work. He checked the thermostats, then the furnace, then the AC units. He found the problem and got it fixed, but he didn't stop there. He checked everything to make sure it was working properly. He helped us discover that we have 2 furnaces since we have 2 AC units (I'll post a picture of where the second furnace is located so I don't look like a total idiot). He was here for almost 3 hours. I was totally prepared for a bill similar to the previous company and didn't even care because the experience had been SOOOO much better. NOPE! The bill was only a small fraction of what we paid to be conned and disrespected by the other company. I apologize for ever calling anyone else. Aire Serv customer for life!! Thank you so much for being a good an honest company. Also, Jesse checked to see if either unit needed recharged…they did not. I'll be emailing BBB about the other company

Shane is always very prompt and friendly. They communicate the issues and help problem solve for the situation at hand. We have been very pleased with Mr. Electric‘s services. We highly recommend them.

They were extremely polite and professional explained everything every step of the way. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody.

Jay & Jayden came out and immediately got to it. Did a full diagnostic and explain everything in great detail. Very friendly and approachable.

Shane and Kenny from Mr. Electric were consummate professionals. Did fantastic work, went above and beyond, and really took care of us. Definitely would come back to them for more work, and recommend to others. Knowledgable, professional, and willing to explain what's happening at a level that I can follow along.
