Travis and Jay were awesome. We ended up having a lot that needed to be done in our 70+ year old house, much of it we knew would need to be done sooner or later, and we decided sooner was better. They knocked it out in two days. First day they got us our quote and started work around 2, they were there until after 9 working without AC. The second day they arrived at almost 8 on the dot and were there until almost 7 to get it finished. They also still took the time and cleaned up well when they were done. Very impressed with their professionalism. As for pricing, I honestly don't know if it was average or above/below. I do know we talked to two other people before going with Mr. Electric, one still hasn't gotten back to us with their estimate, the other only gave us a quote on whole house surge without panel upgrade (which we needed) and 3 GFCI outlet installation when we needed grounding (our house had zero grounded outlets). With the sheer amount of quality work we got done in such a short amount of time, I feel like what we paid was justified by that alone. We are not wealthy people so we do our best to spend our money wisely, and I feel it was well spent here. They had some really good financing options for us to choose from which was a lifesaver.
