  • I have 15foot ceiling and while trying to change a light bulb, I knocked my recessed light off the hook. It was hanging precariously from my ceiling and I couldn’t fix it. I called Mr. Electric and because of the heights of my ceiling made me aware up front of the $250 service call fee which I agreed to. Mike came out and was great to work with but charged me another $300 + fee for my ceiling heights which were actually 18feet not 15. I provided the light bulbs and Mike got all the new bulbs changed. I was disappointed in the extra fee I paid that I was unaware of. Troy (owner) reached out and I expressed my concern. He apologized for the extra charge and refunded the extra charge! A company that has integrity and listens to their customers is a company I want to do business with! Thank you Troy, Mike and Mr. Electric, you made my holidays a little brighter! Literally…. Ha ha

  • Mike Nigro is knowledgeable and skilled- and creative! He installed 6 lights for us and one needed a creative solution so the bulbs wouldn’t stick out. He was able to figure out how to set it up.
