This was a fantastic experience. They responded to our request immediately and had someone out here within a few days. Not only did they communicate to notify me when to expect our handyman, but he arrived 15 minutes before his hour window even started. John was extremely polite and professional, and repaired everything that we needed in a very timely manner. The cost was extremely competitive, so to get quality work that we did at this price, I will definitely use them anytime I need help.

Mr. Electric put a whole home surge protector in my house. In my business I have to use a lot of surge protectors, but with a whole home system, I don't have to worry if I have a computer plugged directly into a wall outlet now. I have seen many expensive computers (laptops especially) that have been affected by a surge in the clients home. With our lightening strikes, snow storms and other adverse weather, I personally think these units are cost effective. My experience with the technicians was fantastic. They arrived on-time, polite, professional, and helpful. The technicians were careful and respectful. Service couldn't have gone any better!

Today we had something go wrong with our electrical panel in our home. I had been replacing outlets and light switches, so I thought I had done something wrong. My daughter went to turn the power back on only to have our panel spark and then cut power to the entire house. I called Mr. Electric in a panic, and the kind woman who answered the phone (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was really helpful in sending out their master electrician Donnie. He found our issue after some head scratching (someone previous to us had nicked the wire at the top of the panel and it hit the ground wire, thus creating sparks and burning the black wire in half. He promptly fixed what was wrong, and also looked at the work I had done to verify it was done correctly. I am so grateful that he was able to come out quickly for us, found the problem and solved it for us! I shall be using Mr. Electric for any future electrical needs and asking for Donnie!
