  • I hired Mr. Electric to add a subpanel to my garage as well as add some lights and new outlets there and in another room. The original electrician did a great job and got the work done exactly as I wanted it. However, once the work was done, there must have been some issues because I could no longer get ahold of that electrician and a final inspection as never set up. After a few months of silence I reached back out to Mr. Electric to get everything finished up (I had paid in full by this point and was waiting to patch a hole in my wall). Sounds like there were some personnel issues, but they were very apologetic and set up an appointment with another one of their electricians, Andrew Foster, to get everything finished up. Andrew was out at my place on time and was great to work with! He checked everything out to make sure things were done properly and got an inspection set up. Andrew made me feel confident that if there were any issues left by the last guy, he was going to make sure they were taken care of immediately. I was originally a little soured on Mr. Electric as honesty and communication are very important to me, but they made things right and I will for sure reach out to them/Andrew the next time I need work done!
