  • Mr. Electric and in particular their technician Jeremy Halady came through for us when we were in a serious pickle. After a minor electrical fire we were left without a working Lift pump for our septic system meaning for us limited running water and bathroom use. Jeremy came out the next morning and fixed the problem for us by installing a brand new above ground electrical box. He explained everything in detail, also providing us with pictures of the entire process and even pointed out what our Plumbing service needs to improve in addition to his work. Jeremy has a solid knowledge of all things electric and is a true professional. He is always courteous and friendly and left the jobsite in perfectly clean condition. We had the pleasure of him working for us before and as soon as we are in need for an electrician again we will call Mr. Electric and ask for Jeremy.

  • Josh arrived within 2 hours of me making the phone call for service. And he did a great job in quickly identifying the problem. It turned out that it was the power supply to the house, so there was nothing he could do. But Josh DID stay on site until the power company arrived to ensure his diagnosis was correct before leaving. That was greatly appreciated!

  • Called regarding installation of fire alarms, staff was friendly and highly communicative from the start. The Technician arrived on time, and we were sent a visual notification prior to his arrival so that we knew exactly who to expect. Josh, the technician, was very thorough and conducted a safety check in addition to the consultation. We were provided with documentation and estimates. It was a very positive experience in all facets from start to finish. The professionalism was notably exemplary.
