I recently had Mr. Electric handle an installation at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Nick and Noah were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, positive, and incredibly patient. They took the time to explain every step of the process in clear detail and made sure all of my questions were answered. I'm currently grieving and had moments where things felt overwhelming, but both Nick and Noah showed so much understanding and compassion. Their kindness truly made a difference during a difficult time. While the installation was on the pricey side, they got the job done efficiently and with great care. The quality of their work–and the way they treated me throughout the process–made it worth it. Honestly, I think these two deserve a raise. Mr. Electric is lucky to have them. Highly recommend!

Caleb of Mr Electric called to tell me he was 15 minutes from arrival. I went out and removed the access panels of my 20KW Whole House Generator. Caleb immediately tested the Battery (which was good) then tested the Starter Relay Solenoid (which was bad). Fortunately he had several Starter Relay Solenoids on his vehicle. Then he disconnected all electrical attaching components for safety. He then removed and replaced the Starter Relay Solenoid. Caleb then reconnected all the electrical equipment and tested the new Starter Relay Solenoid which worked just fine. Then he pull out a mini shop vac and vacuum and cleaned up the Generator Operating Panel and the House Switching Panel. So Let's Review… Mr. Electric Employees: 1. Let you know when they're coming. 2. Show up on time. 3. Dress appropriately. 4. Test the appropriate equipment. 5. Disconnect all electrical connections for safety. 6. Remove and replace all defective parts and equipment. 7. Reconnect all electrical connections. 8. Test the replaced parts and equipment. 9. Clean up after themselves. 10. Provide an invoice with a reasonable price. FIVE STARS!!! EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! WILL CALL AGAIN!!! I was very impressed with Caleb's professionalism, attention to detail, and technical expertise which brings great credit to himself, Mr. Electric, and the entire electrical repair industry.

Thanks to Nick, my home feels much safer knowing the wires are grounded, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in the work being done. The company was amazing about fitting me in, and the entire process was smooth. I was kinda nervous about the appointment being booked 2 weeks out, but the customer service rep was able to call as soon as a time slot became available. Johnathan and his crew came out same day and fixed our powerline and meter after the storm. They were professional and efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Hurricane Helene did a number on us! Georgia Power turned on our power and within a couple hours our electrical panel was on fire! The Savannah Fire Department did an amazing job, but we were left with no power in the house. Thankfully Caleb from Mr. Electric showed up to assess the issue and promised to return the next day to replace our electrical panel. By 3:00 pm the next day we had a professionally installed panel with advice for n how to get power restored. Amazing job by Caleb of Mr. Electric. Highly recommend.
