    I needed to fix (or perhaps change) the light fixture in my kitchen, and Eric, at Mr. Electric, did a great job. He came on a Friday, checked the situation and recommended two possible action plans. I chose one of them, and he returned that Monday to replace my kitchen light. He was kind, knowledgeable and fast. Very professional. I tried to call two other places before, but they seemed to think that my need was too small to bother, but Mr. Electric took the job without hesitation. I am happy and grateful.

    I needed help repairing my bathroom fans. Eric came by enthusiastic and ready to work. Unfortunately I was not clear in my communications so he did not have the parts. He instantly helped me order the parts and agreed to return when they arrived. He kept his word and once the parts arrived he installed them in a matter of minutes. Eric was professional and efficient. If I ever have other electrical issues I will ask for him by name.

    I was searching for a company online, looking at who had the most reviews figuring, the more the better….not in this case. Our power (after a storm) put some of our electricity out and I needed to get this fixed as quick as possible because I would have to travel to see my dad who has stage 4 cancer and now on feeding tube and has developed pneumonia. I called those “tons of reviewed companies to only be told, it’s a holiday and can’t help, or charging outrageous fee to come on a holiday. I saw this company with just a dozen reviews (not at the time knowing they recently started the business here in Burlington) those reviews were great! I called and Rene’ was outstanding. Tried so hard to see if he could get someone out to fix our issue. No one was available (understandable being holiday), so Rene’ helped me as much as he could over the phone. Sadly it seemed as though a circuit breaker may be the issue. He got Andrew out at 9 the next morning. Andrew was phenomenal. Very polite, informative and went right to work checking everything. The issue was found (breaker needed replaced). He explained everything and gave me the cost. He went to go buy the part and he came back, fixed it and checked everything to make sure all was good and working. Even did a safety check. Hands down, my go to company now for anything electrical. Please….if you need a electrician, call them. So happy I did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
