  • In response to my inquiry for an estimate for two electrical projects, Mr. Electric, Donald Glenn, scheduled a walk-through to assess the projects and provide a quote. A representative, Andre Jones, conducted the walk-through, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy. During the assessment, Jones also evaluated the safety of all electrical outlets, which was an additional benefit to us. Jones presented me with my options for the projects and scheduled a date and time for the service. Yesterday, Andre and his partner, Reginald, arrived and, prior to commencing the job, reviewed my expectations and estimated time frame. Of the two projects initially discussed, I selected the garage project as the first to complete. The second project was postponed until a later date. They successfully installed two electrical outlets and added a light socket for an overhead spotlight, completing the job well within the specified time. I commend Mr. Electric’s consideration for wearing shoe-coverings when entering my home and for offering N-95 masks as a precautionary measure.
