Local Electric Car Charger Installation in Erlanger, Kentucky

Chris Miller with Mr. Electric Cincinnati East, has done three jobs for me over the past month. He has done an excellent job and he is wonderful to work with. He explains everything in great detail, and is very efficient with his time. I’m going to have Chris back within the next couple of weeks to do some more work. I always request Chris Miller.

TLDR: Mr. Electric of Cincinnati East is absolutely wonderful! 👍🏼 We had recently purchased a new shed and wanted to supply power to it. It required running conduit underground, as our shed is about 30' behind the house. We figured we would tack on a bunch of other electrical repairs and modifications, in order to knock it all out at once. We had used Curry Electric in the past, and we were not too terribly pleased with their quoting vs. reality pricing. When Greg arrived to give us a quote for the half dozen or so tasks we had, he was as kind and personable as any technician that I have ever had in my home. He had a new hire, Donavon, with him as well. The quote was beyond reasonable, so much so that we did not delay in calling to schedule. They worked around my and my wife's very busy schedules to find a whole day to spend dissecting our home. The whole time they were there, I felt that we had friends working on our house. The owner, Tony, stopped by to inspect, and we had a wonderful chat. Every task they completed was spot on, with one exception, which Greg returned the next day to fix with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about this company. For an industry riddled with folks trying to take advantage of us, these folks are an absolute breath of fresh air. Do NOT look elsewhere!

Had a ceiling fan placed in my vaulted ceiling and a home surge protector put in. Chris certainly knew what he was doing. Then they cleaned up after themselves! Okay 👍 I'm impressed!

Greg arrived within time window. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job installing my EV Charger – making the whole installation look like it came with the house. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

After struggling with electrical issues in our home for nearly 10 years, their technician, Greg, came in and completely turned things around in a single visit. I also want to highlight Mary, the phone service representative, who was fantastic. Her professionalism and helpfulness were the reason I chose to hire Mr. Electric in the first place, and she set the tone for the entire experience. What stood out most was the combination of expert troubleshooting, persistence, and clear communication. This wasn’t a simple fix—there were layered issues that had clearly stumped others before—but Greg methodically diagnosed the problems and got everything working again. Honestly, it felt nothing short of miraculous to finally have our electrical system fully functional after all this time. Beyond the technical skill, the professionalism was exceptional: on time, respectful of our home, and committed to getting it right—not just quick.
