I honestly cannot say enough good things about Greg and my experience with Mr. Electric. Five stars doesn’t really cover it. From the moment Greg arrived, there was something immediately reassuring about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but just as importantly, he is genuinely kind, patient, and trustworthy. When you have someone working on the electrical system in your home, trust matters enormously, and I knew very quickly that I could trust him. What impressed me most was the amount of time and care he took with our situation. He didn’t rush in, make assumptions, or treat us like just another appointment. He listened, looked at everything carefully, explained what he was seeing in a way we could actually understand, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. He noticed things beyond the immediate reason we called and took the time to make sure we weren’t covering up potential problems before our ceiling was closed back in. There was no feeling of being rushed or brushed off. He stayed far beyond what I ever would have expected to make sure the job was completed correctly. Greg treated our home like it mattered to him, and that is incredibly rare. Beyond being an excellent electrician, he is simply a really good person. That came across immediately and only became more obvious the longer he was here. I had a great experience with Ethan from Mr. Electric. He was extremely respectful, professional, understanding, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to listen to all of the electrical issues I was having and clearly explained what was going on, what needed to be done, and the different options available to fix everything properly. What I appreciated most was that while he was doing the work, Ethan actually showed me what was wrong and explained what was causing the issues. He walked me through how everything could be fixed, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident about the work being done. Ethan was able to fix all of the issues I was having, and I really appreciate his patience, honesty, and willingness to explain everything instead of just doing the work and leaving. Everything was great, technician was nice and explained everything

Really impressed with the promptness, courtesy and the effort taken to repair our storm damage. Within 30 minutes of a big storm I was calling electricians to get someone to come take a look at our electric lines that were torn off the house and hanging low in the yard. When I called it was a relief to talk to a real person here in Cincinnati instead of the big remote dispatch systems with long service waits all of the other numbers I called had. I may have gotten lucky but he was here within an hour to assess and do what he could. He had all his tools and equipment in a well outfitted vehicle so he had everything with him to be able to do the repairs that day. That night our entire road was out of power but Greg stayed until after 11pm (5+hrs) this first night and then returned the next day with another electrician to get the lines physically pulled up to reconnect to the house. Due to Greg's quick response in getting our electric line reconnected to the house (not laying in a wet tree) he made our house safe & ready for when the power was restored to our road. It took a couple days for Duke to get to us but by then some of our neighbors hadn't gotten an electrician out to their house even once yet. We were so relieved to have this repair done promptly and also that we've now found such an awesome electrician service for other projects here at our house. I'm telling everyone I know about this local small but very capable company.
