These days not often does one encounter a company or business that the impact of their exceptional professionalism, customer service and responsive communications lasts longer and well beyond after the job has been completed. My experience with Mr. Electric of Lutz was such and it compels me to write this detailed review. Right from my first call, I encountered Ms. Kristy with her professional and responsive communications in setting up a time for a quote. I was kept informed when their technician was running late which I appreciated. Mr. Kief showed up, answered all our questions, gave us suggestions. This was a job for installing a chandelier on a 24 foot ceiling and would need specialized scaffolding. They emailed me a quote that day itself. After answering additional questions I set up an installation date and time. Throughout this process and the day before as well as the day of, I was texted and called with updates. They honored my request of sending me the same technician Mr. Kief and this time he had assistance of Mr. Mills. Both of them were deliberately slow taking measurements, careful and methodical in bringing the heavy, robotic Genie scaffolding into our house (see pics). Just to be safe they even removed our main door. They needed more assistance so they contacted their supervisor and explained to us while patiently waiting. The owner of the company Mr. Eric and his supervisor Mr. Alan showed up. All of them worked like a team in getting the Genie unit into and out of the house. The job was completed to our satisfaction and we are grateful for that. It was nice to chat with the owner and learn that this is a family run business. That is reflected in how their employees act and are supported to make the right decisions. Highly impressive and well done!

Keiv did an amazing job installing my chandelier and entry light. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service, including carefully moving a Travetine dining table and modifying the entry light fixture to make sure the front door cleared it upon opening. I am extremely happy with the service I received!

Mr. Electric may be the most professional and competent company I have worked with. From the initial call (my first) to reminders to pre-visit appointment to service to follow up – outstanding! We had an unusual electrical problem and Ed figured it out (and mitigated) a few others pretty quickly. Electrical work is crazy expensive, but Ed and Mills were efficient and their work was top notch. I am usually dissapointed by cold call work. Not this time. Thanks Mr. Electric, Ed, and Mills

Great customer service on the phone and electrician Skyler was fantastic friendly fixed the elec outlet SO quick and answered other Questions -he's such a PRO , highly recommended! Great w/ dogs too lol Also love the text updates on tech arrival times – top notch service! 💡👍💡👍💡👍

I saw positive Google reviews and that is why I ultimately tried this company and gave them a call. I AM SO GLAD I DID! From the service scheduling person to the electrician, everyone had awesome, solid, and thorough communication while remaining pleasant to work with and professional. I will certainly think of calling them first if ever I need electrical work done again! Appreciate you all.
