Great experience. My tech was knowledgable. He wasn't just trying to make a sale. He explained several different options to accomplish the task, went through the pros and cons of each method. The tech was incredibly polite and very clean. The job was in an active remodel area, but he still masked off for dusting. The communication and status updates was constant. Several text reminders prior. Didnt have to wonder if they were going to show up. Price was about where i expected it to be for the actual job. It’s not on the cheap end, however, the finished product is completed with no issues. The tech did do the job to code and didnt cut corners. When doing the job correctly, understandably, there had to be drywall cutting. My neighbor was pleased with this company, he showed me what they did for him and i wanted the same. We were both pleased with the work done on our separate homes by the same company.

Very strong communication of what he was going to do ahead of performing the service, informative once he found the issue, and even educated me on how to test my breakers safely in the future (I already had a bit of experience with HV wiring). One of the best tradesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring!

Jason did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and wanted to make sure my family and I were kept safe from old electrical equipment that he replaced. We truly can sleep better at night knowing the electrical is up to date and done properly. Jason spent his time making sure we were happy and it was a joy watching him work and learning a thing or two along the way about our system. Communication was great and I would highly recommend him! If I had to say one thing the company could do better with, the financing people they use could improve. It was a little complicated and time consuming but really no fault of Jason. In the end we did get the financing to work it just took some time and some phone calls but again no again, couldn’t be happier.
