Zach was very quick at getting out to my house. I had a outside 220 outlet catch fire on the side of the house during a storm. He had the parts needed to do the job and he was very polite , friendly and knowledgeable. He told me about how it happened with the cover not being closed all the way allowed water to get in and cause the wires to burn up. they were fair and competitively priced , I would definitely call them again if i have any future repairs or questions on how to keep my house safe and up to date.

Devin Libby was a great representative of this company. He started by doing a full walkthrough of my electrical system, and even showed me issues in things I didn’t know were a problem. Having him here to help was a huge relief when it came to the safety of my home. Once we made it through the free home inspection, he took a look at the multiple ceiling fans I wanted to install. He diligently checked for proper box installation before ensuring he could install the fans properly, and gave me a very reasonable price to replace my fans. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric to anybody looking for any electrical service, and especially Devin!

Aleksey and Tim did outstanding work in my home office. They replaced an old ceiling fan with a modern light fixture, added four recessed spot lights, installed dimmer switches, and put in a new smoke detector. The difference in the room is incredible — the lighting is smoother, brighter, and much more comfortable to work in. Both technicians were professional, careful, and very detail-oriented. They explained the options, made sure everything was done safely, and left the workspace clean. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the care they put into every step. I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend Mr. Electric.

I pulled the screws out of the electrical box not knowing that doing that would make the clips fall off. One fell down in the wall and Jonathan Burkhead took the time to go all the way back to his shop to pick up a new one and come back and fix it and make it level. I have used Mr. Electric 3 times now and I have always felt their prices are reasonable which is what keeps me coming back. The technicians are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.
