Installers were knowledgeable and through. There was a bit of confusion on parts (the shop put wrong part on their truck) but they did a overall great job and were very accommodating to make it as painless as possible. Techs were Luke and Brett.

I have nothing but praise for Mr. Electric and their services. The electrician assigned to my project, Hector, and his two helpers were fantastic. The most frustrating portion of my project had nothing to do with Mr. Electric, but the electrical supplier, Centerpoint Energy. Hector and his crew had to dig a trench approximately 65 feet that was about 2.5 feet deep in order to reroute my main service cable and bring everything up to current codes; they did all this by hand on one of the hottest days of the summer so far. The crew arrived early in the morning and got to work quickly. Hector explained everything that was going on and what his plan was. The Mr. Electric office manager, Valerie, worked hard at coordinating everything and kept in constant contact with me to see how things were progressing. Hector and his crew worked until 6:00 to complete the job and get everything inspected. All the work passed initial inspection the first time, and the inspector complimented Hector's work. I am completed satisfied with the work provided and am impressed by the coordination of Mr. Electric as a whole. From the helpers, to the electrician and office manager, all members appeared to want the work done right the first time. Even though I did not have electricity service until the next business day, a Centerpoint Energy problem, Valerie called me and tried to assist me in any way she could. I can't think of many other companies that would do that once the work was finished. I have nothing but praise for Mr. Electric.

I requested some updated light fixtures in a bedroom and bathroom be installed. The entire process, from scheduling to install, was super easy. The entire staff, from the secretary to the technicians, were extremely polite and professional. There was never any pressure to add additional services. That being said, are they the cheapest in town? Maybe not; but, I would say that if you want the best experience and electrical service to be done right the first time, go with Mr. Electric. I believe in the saying, "Good labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't good."

Had some warranty work done as one of the lights had a manufacturing defect, the crew showed up and fixed the issue. They checked the remainder of the fixtures to ensure that there were no other issues. They were very detailed and prompt with scheduling the warranty work.

Great Service, very nice guys. Feel completely safer in the house I just bought. I had several electrical needs, all along the process Ron and Mitch explained the process in detail to fix and cost so I could keep a running total of the expense. At the end they took a second to think through what would make sense. Result is I actually got more than my original plan for less than expected. I actually thought he forgot to charge me for something, but he checked and said "no thats the cost'. They left everything clean when they left and even made a point to thank my husband for his military service. I have had several interactions with less than satisfactory electricians over the years, but now I have my Go-to call. Already have plans to have them work on future projects!
