I’ve had several contractors from other companies come to my fixer-upper house over the last several months (drywall, HVAC, etc). I just want to express how impressed I was with Mr. Electric and Ty. Unlike many other folks I have worked with lately, Ty handled the job with ease. He knew what he was doing, he was able to walk away mess free. I called them to retrofit a new switch into an old wall box that is 30+ years old. My husband worked for EPB years ago and struggled trying to do it himself. Mr. Electric made the job look easy. I explained that my kitchen light (also a 30 yo fixture) just doesn’t really work, and never has (even with new bulbs) He offered to repair the light during the visit! I dug my forgotten LED light I bought last year, out of the closet and it was installed in minutes. It’s just nice to have those repairs off my to-do list and I feel confident that it was actually done correctly. He even took the old material away with him.
