  • Outstanding, prompt response to emergency situation. Hot water heater failed & needed to be replaced before arrival of guests staying in home. There was no hot water. They responded within 24 hours of my call and because we chose to install a Hybrid electric Heat Pump, additional work on the circuitry in home was necessary. The electrician GRANT PAGE worked in the attic during 90 degree weather, never complained & did everything necessary to get our system running. He coordinated his very meticulously installed work with the plumber & even persuaded them to shuffle their schedule (they were not going to come for another week!) so that they would complete our installation on the same day the MR. ELECTRIC service tech (Grant Page) was completing his job. Grant earned his company a lifelong fan! This guy should be promoted. He refused to “guess” where the new system electrical should go & contacted the providers of the heat pump getting exact measurements, circuitry & requirements to ensure the new system replacing my old GAS water heater would be up to code and meet our family’s needs for years to come! Thank you MR ELECTRIC for your emergency response and for sending an outstandingly competent, professional individual, who was not only well trained, polite but a heck-of-a-nice guy as well! I’d give the company & GRANT PAGE 10 stars if I could!
