Justin provided an excellent quote, strait to the point, some recommendations for my 54 year old house but gave me the quote I needed. Justin and Zander did an excellent job, navigating electric disconnect, inspectors, and completing the work, by end of day on a Friday. I had three quotes from electricians, and these were by far the most professional.

I am so impressed by the excellent and thorough job completed by electricians Kevin, Dakota and Liza, who is in the office. They went above and beyond to help me when a tree in my yard took down the power lines and the power company required me to have repairs completed before I could get power restored. They were very well organized and worked together to complete the repairs in an expedient way. Liza was doing all of the preparation necessary in obtaining a permit, and working with Kentucky Utility Co. To expedite my repairs to return me to full electric power. She kept me well informed every step of the way. She was very sweet and professional and really seemed to care about my emergency. She has shown the best customer service that any company would be proud of. I also think that both electricians, Kevin and Dakota were just that personable as well. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair quote and made the necessary repairs in a quick and thorough manner. They were so efficiently working in tandem that I was very impressed. It was a pleasure working with all three of these highly skilled people and I cannot state enough how satisfied I am with their fine work. Since moving to Kentucky and dealing with so many issues that come up with owning a home, I have not found anyone with such great customer service, as I have with Mr. Electric. I look forward to contacting them again in the future for other electrical work that my home is need of, because I feel that these people really are trustworthy and so outgoing and friendly, and I value that level of professionalism very highly. Very prompt and thorough

Thank you to Brian for Wednesday and to Brian and Cameron on Friday! Both were extremely confident, friendly, and easy to talk to. It seems the work was done thoroughly and correctly. I would recommend Mr. electric to anyone who needed work.

Josh was absolutely excellent and a pleasure to interact with. He was very polite and professional. He took care of exactly what I needed and got to me quickly after I called about our predicament. We originally thought it was a plumbing issue, but the plumber came to tell us it was a wiring issue. Josh repaired the wires and rewired the breaker in the panel in about 20 – 30 minutes and charged us less than the plumbers that couldn't help us to begin with! I would highly recommend these guys!
