  • I used Mr. Electric East to replace a Federal Pacific Panel (Fire Hazard) original to my 1961 built home, add a whole house surge protector and upgrade my service to 200 amps. Tony, the Owner, was wonderful to work with in making arrangements for a good date to do the work along with arranging 12 mo. same as cash financing. Dovovan and Greg showed showed up right on time the day of the appointment and got right to work. Donovan had discussed with me that they would likely have power turned off most of the day and it would be off within about 15 minutes of their arrive. This information was nice to have so we were prepared for 6-7 hours without power. The communication, knowledge and skills and the service orientated personalities of all three of the people I dealt with speak well of the customer service you can expect from this company. That is backed up with 85+ 5 star reviews here on Google at the time of this review. 100% 5 star reviews was one of the reasons I chose them to do my work as anyone that has dealt with the public in a customer service environment knows how hard that is to accomplish. I now have a great looking panel with plenty of excess power and breaker positions for future projects that is accurately labeled (unlike the old panel) with the wiring behind it neatly run in an organized way vs. the spiderweb that was previously there. I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism, work, customer service I received from Mr. Electric East and specifically from Tony, Donovan and Greg. This was a tough job with some unexpected issues to work through due to this old house but they did it with a smile, on time and to my complete satisfaction at the price they quoted. If you’re looking for top notch electrical work with people that are easy to work with at a fair price, Mr. Electric East is where I would advise you to go.

  • TLDR: Mr. Electric of Cincinnati East is absolutely wonderful! 👍🏼 We had recently purchased a new shed and wanted to supply power to it. It required running conduit underground, as our shed is about 30′ behind the house. We figured we would tack on a bunch of other electrical repairs and modifications, in order to knock it all out at once. We had used Curry Electric in the past, and we were not too terribly pleased with their quoting vs. reality pricing. When Greg arrived to give us a quote for the half dozen or so tasks we had, he was as kind and personable as any technician that I have ever had in my home. He had a new hire, Donavon, with him as well. The quote was beyond reasonable, so much so that we did not delay in calling to schedule. They worked around my and my wife’s very busy schedules to find a whole day to spend dissecting our home. The whole time they were there, I felt that we had friends working on our house. The owner, Tony, stopped by to inspect, and we had a wonderful chat. Every task they completed was spot on, with one exception, which Greg returned the next day to fix with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about this company. For an industry riddled with folks trying to take advantage of us, these folks are an absolute breath of fresh air. Do NOT look elsewhere!
