  • My old pool light was tripping the breaker. Donovan did a good job diagnosing that the breaker was not working, so he replaced it. While the new breaker allowed the light to come on momentarily, switching the light on still trips the circuit. Neither he nor I were able to find the junction box despite extensive searching all around my yard. Hence, he reached a point of saying he wasn’t able to go further, short of tearing up concrete around my pool which I did not want to do. He reported to his boss the situation, who very generously offered to not charge anything for the visit. I offered to pay for the time spent – about 2 hours- but that’s not how their pricing structure works, so there was no charge at all! Even though my light problem is not fixed, I will definitely call them in the future for electric work as are a very ethical and professional company. (I will likely just remove the light at this point.)
