From my 1st phone call to multiple calls a day trying to figure things out, Kerri answered every call, learned my voice (or caller ID 😆), and when I thought we'd be without power for days she reassured me that we'd have power before the end of say and we did. The technician was professional, explained the installation process, and answered all of my questions about the breaker, hardwiring, and charging setup. The work was clean, the charger was mounted securely, and everything was tested before they left. My EV now charges at about 9.4 kW, reducing overnight charging time from over 20 hours on Level 1 to about 5 hours.
