The speed and friendliness of those that work here is unmatched, especially compared to companies of the same like. Cole came out to my apartment a few months ago to change our entire electrical panel and he was extremely cordial, asked lots of questions, and was super speedy with his services considering the work that needed to be done. My A/C went out a few days ago and it was definitely a good feeling seeing Cole show up to my house once again after such a great experience the first time around. Once again, nothing less than spectacular and these guys will always be my go to. Brandon went above and beyond to help us with our electric needs. He not only helped us with the mess of electrical problems we had in our kitchen but showed us the the problems within our panel box, and fixed all the issues in one day. He was a very nice gentleman and very informative on things we should do within our home in the future and steps to take as far as safety. Kendrick also stopped by to help him get the job done and was a very nice young man as well. Both guys did a lot of work and went above and beyond to get us where we needed to be to feel safe.

We called Mr. Electric when we had a partial power outage in our older house. They responded very quickly and dispatched Robert who was able to diagnose the problem and get us back online in short order. He advised that our house was not up to code and did very significant and needed upgrades- working late into the night. He was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to take care of us and did not leave until every detail had been completed. I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who needs electrical repairs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
