  • Eliud from Mr. Electric came out to my Community this morning to assess a broken light fixture and hanging wires attached to an exterior enclosure wall. Let me just say – his customer service and kindness was second to none. He was timely… contacting me with his ETA and once again once he arrived, so I could meet him outside. Eliud was very thorough advising me of what would be needed to complete the job in a manner to ensure safety by eliminating any risks for potential harm to any persons and eliminating any risk for any type of ignition that could start a fire. He made sure to assess and check whether or not there the wires had power and once confirmed they did not he made sure to secure the wires appropriately, so they were not touching and added a plate to cover the area – once again to ensure safety. Customer service is very hard to come by and to have a such a positive experience with Eliud was so refreshing to say the least. He was professional. He knew his stuff and explained as he went along. I was very satisfied and very impressed and so glad our HOA Community chose Mr. Electric for our service needs. I would definitely recommend not only Mr. Electrical, but also Eliud. I am happy he was the assigned Electrician and I would definitely use this company’s and would actually request Eliud’s services in the future. It is so important to feel a sense of confidence in any company’s work and their staff — I most certainly felt that today and it a was equally nice to not feel as though someone was seeking to take advantage of you by up-charging or being dishonest for an extra buck. Eliud did none of that and I appreciate his integrity! So, thank you Mr. Electrical and thank you Eliud. I’m sure the company is proud of their electrician and this electrician is proud to be part of Mr. Electrical.
