I reached out for a quote for a job that needed to be done the next day, and Mr Electric responded within a couple minutes, gave me a quote over the phone, and came the next day and got the job done. Very great service, great people.

These guys were great. I called for a rush job, and they were able to do it and did it at an extremely fair price, very efficiently and very professionally.

I had what I felt was a complicated, even scary electrial issue in my detached garage. I put feelers out in the evening to a couple of companies, but Mr. Electric was the only one that agreed to come the next day. Despite having other jobs going on, owner Frank came in the afternoon and roughly diagnosed the problem. He put me at ease, and the crew showed up the next day. As it turned out the job took about five days. The extremely courteous crew of Jeff, Rob, Dre and Eric worked diligently on what became the necessity of rewiring my 50 year old garage, adding new sub panels to make things safer. I won't try to explain the tough problems, but the crew had to overcome a very old set up They maintained the old where they could. I highly recommend Mr. Electric for any problems you may have.

If I recall correctly it was midday Thursday & I was exercising my horticultural chops in in the back-yard. I was sweating like a dog, diggin' here..scraping there..moving this plant over there and the dirt over here.. & I was exhausted.. I could think of nothing better than to go into the house and grab a tall cold one to refresh my aching bones.. I shimmied over to the refrigerator and "Oh no sweet Jesus! The refrigerator!.. I reached for that tall-cool-one I think it was a Heineken & no luck it was barely chilled.. I went to YouTube and got instructions on what to do in this situation.. It was obviously an electric electrical failure..Not having the slightest idea of which end of a toilet plunger is the one you grab and push on.. So after viewing the YouTube genius explaining what I should do for my electrical problem…I shimmied out to HD and got me about 8 hex heads, one of them should be the 1…Brought'em home.. For multiple reasons they were not thee answer.. So I went to YELP i think & MMM I came across MR ELECTRIC & gave him a call see what he had to say.. I spoke to his office person who said he was on his last call for the day and he would swing by and help me out.. What more could you ask for? No I wasn't quite a damsel in distress..But I was thinking fast (would I need a loan?) i wasn't dressed to good/clean (I never am).. No more than 20 minutes later I got a call from his office and they said he was at my front door.. Went to the front door and there he was.. Looking fresh and crisp.. He introduced himself and I pointed him toward the electrical box..he took a look then came in to look at the refrigerator.. had a well used bag of tools with him and while I was inside I heard the refrigerator start up.. WTH..Joy and jubilation.. Mr. ELECTRIC AKA FRANK already solved the problem..ya' know what they say about a guy with the right tool who knows how to use it? "ladies beware, men grab your date & get the hell outta the way".by the time I got out to the yard to let him know that the refrigerator was said man that was really spectacular and I think he had heard that before from multiple customers.. Anyway.. He told me what I owed him.. And it was very very very reasonable.. I was truly appreciative on multiple levels.. He was gone, I put my unused clean shiny hex heads in a bag, shimmied back to HD & got my money back..it ws about as much as the service call was.. Say Hallelujah thank you MR. ELECTRIC/FRANK.. I've got your name and telephone number glued to my refrigerator I look forward to.. No I take that back I don't look forward at all to having him stop by again to solve a problem period. But if I have a problem I look forward to having him stop by and help a brother out.. 4 thumbs up for Mr. ELECTRIC AKA THE FRANK.. Be well my FREIND… As I think about it I don't think I ever used his name while he was here.. Maybe FRANK was/is MR ELECTRIC Feels kinda like the Clark Kent/Superman kinda thing. Mr Electric of Los Alamitos quickly responded to/scheduled my request to replace condo circuit breaker panel. Thank you to Frank, Rob, Jeff, and Dre for their detailed work and friendly demeanor. As a single woman I felt safe and respected by these gentleman. They answered all my questions with thorough explanations. Thank you again!
