    I want to thank Andrew, Mike, and Isaac, a great crew, for the job that they finished at my house. You can tell that they like working together and they don’t stop until all the problems are solved. There was a small problem which became huge. I told them it wasn’t that important and they could forget that part but they worked (without any breaks) until it was solved. It was a pleasure having them at my house.

    This review isn't because i uses Mr Electric for work to be performed and it wasn't because of price , (the three were very competitive among the EST i got) But in the end i guess you got to pic one. This review is on the way they handled everything from the get go, they got a hold of me in a timely manner, they came out in the correct time frame that was stated, looked at and understood what the project was all about. Andrew who came out for the EST was upfront, knowledgeable, and was a very respectful young man. I would recommend Mr Electric just on this 1st, just may show you how they care about there work and the quality they do.

    We called Mr. Electric at noon less than 48 hours before Thanksgiving when some tenants of ours needed a switch replaced in the electrical box. The technicians were out to the property shortly after that during the arrival window they gave, and they completed the job by 5 PM with power restored to the property. Afterwards, they actually drove by the house to pick up the check. The technicians are amazing, especially Jonathan. Another positive aspect of their service is that they emailed the estimate, giving us a couple of options to choose from . Also, when the billing address needed a correction in the paperwork, the office staff immediately picked up the phone and made those corrections, so all the documentation was in order. We would definitely use them again and are so grateful for their expertise And professional service! Thank you!
