Mr. Electric of Los Alamitos

What a great experience it has been to have Mr. Electric of Los Alamitos complete a job at our home that was done as if the team had been working on their own home with such care to detail and professionalism. Andrew, team leader, came out and listened to my needs before making any suggestions to consider. His team of Rob, Mike, and Eric could not have worked better as a true unit with a great attitude and an eye for detail. There were no hard sales pitch, only what they could do for my needs with installing tamper resistant outlets throughout out our two story home due to having three grandsons with any ideas of sticking things into an outlet as they grow and explore. We also replaced all our switches to all the lighting in the house. If I had any thoughts of doing this myself, they quickly dissipated after learning about three and four-way switches. Note: Andrew discovered some outlets that were in poor condition and were a fire hazard waiting to happen...Another reason to call on professionals. We also had three new exhaust fans replaced in two bathrooms and a laundry room along with adding an upgrade to our number of garage outlets to better accommodate connections to a refrigerator, freezer and two extra for miscellaneous uses without running cords on the ground that were a hazard in the waiting. Kat and Mimi, who working the business phones, were most helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, the owner, Frank, should be very proud of these fine professional employees who truly take care of their customers and provide upstanding service. The power went out in my kitchen due to too many devices drawing power, so I went on Yelp and found Mr. Electric. They responded quickly and Frank was at my house 30 mins later and had a potential solution to the problem and answered any and all questions about the work. He scheduled the work two days later and arrived at 9 am on the dot with Dre and Adan and got to work quickly. They ended up having to cut a hole in the wall to run some wires to a new receptacle, replaced and rewired some outlets and called another worker, Frank, to patch up the hole. (They even cleaned up and swept when finished) These guys are quick, friendly, and helpful and didn't try to upsell us on anything. They suggested an upgrade to our breaker, and best believe when I get it I'm giving these guys a call.

I don't normally take the time to write a review, but Andrew, Robert and Dre absolutely deserve one. They did a great job installing new landscape lights in my yard. They were always on time, showed up when they said they would. They did great work and kept me informed throughout the entire project. I would definitely recommend them!

Frank is amazingly responsive, provides incredible service, very high quality, and good pricing. His is very personable. He helped us with several electrical issues and resolved them completely and even went beyond when he fixed an issue unknown to us.

These guys were great. I called for a rush job, and they were able to do it and did it at an extremely fair price, very efficiently and very professionally.
