Excellent service - Jon and Issac fixed several electrical issues we were having in our kitchen. They were courteous, listened when I explained the things I needed done and got right to work. They even cleaned up the dust and debris once done. I would wholeheartedly recommend this great company.

Andrew and his crew did excellent work!!! Everyone was very nice and professional. We had an issue where our breakers would trip when the microwave and one of the bathroom heaters were on at the same time. They gave the microwave a dedicated circuit and we haven't had a problem since. They also fixed some broken recessed lights in the bathroom and install a ceiling fan on the patio. Both work great and we are very happy with their work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. We have some work we want done in the future and will use them again for sure!!!

Mr. Electric saved us! At 3:30 pm we saw them on Yelp, asked for a quote after seeing that they have a $75 flat rate (just in case it was just replacing a fuse), Frank responded right away and Andrew was at our door within an hour. Andrew was excellent at explaining what was happening which showed his knowledge, experience and trouble shooting expertise. Our circuit breaker didn’t trigger but power was going somewhere! Andrew vowed not to leave until he found the source and made it safe for us. We appreciated the estimates and different levels of options so we can plan for future repairs. No pressure to do only the current problem. Mr. Electric and Andrew are now our preferred electricians.

If you are looking professional electricians, you came to the right place. Frank and his guys were professional and communicative. I had an electric charge station installed in my garage at my condo with an HOA. They gave me a timely quote and waited for approval from the HOA. It was approved and they were back within a day to get it installed. They did a great job working with the HOA and kept me up to date on the progress. They were flexible and worked around my schedule. I’m so relieved I no longer have to wait at a local charging station.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES.
