Luke came out to provide an estimate, and to my surprise, he was fully prepared and able to complete the installation on the spot. Luke was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I was genuinely impressed by both his expertise and his willingness to answer my questions and make sure everything was done correctly. The owner was also very courteous and helpful when I spoke with him over the phone, which made the overall experience even better. Although I ended up spending more than I originally planned, I decided to add two surge protectors for extra peace of mind. Since lightning strikes and power surges can happen to any home, I believe it’s a worthwhile investment to help protect my electrical system and EV charger.
