Twas the night before Thanksgiving and Chuck came to save our lives… We went out of town for the holiday and came back just in time for Thanksgiving preparations. Today we woke up and three of the rooms were without power to the outlet. My husband was able to get on the phone and call for service, but we weren’t sure if anyone will be available. Mr. electric returned our calls and said that they were going to send someone out immediately. Chuck showed up just a few hours later and immediately went to trying to figure out what the problem was. After several hours of investigation, he found a severe fire hazard and fixed it as well as our problem with the outlets. He was fast, professional, he explained every thing to me as he investigated and showed me Exactly what the problem was before he fixed it. I signed up for a membership, and I definitely want them to come back and check the entire house. I’m very frugal about reviews, but this is one that I feel warrants an immediate post. If you’re in the Market for an electrician and especially one you need to do some emergency work, I would recommend Mr. electric of eastern Memphis. Ask for Chuck. He’s kind and professional and he works very hard and very quickly so that you can go on about the rest of your day. I wish I could give them 10 stars but 5 will have to do. Now tomorrow, I’ll be able to Fully enjoy Thanksgiving with the family and know that they are safe. Thanks, Mr. Chuck!
