Super professional. Great service. Shane is great. Has done 2 jobs here for us recently. Very efficient, respectful and on time. 11-6-24 update. ***** (5 Stars) Had another professional out named Baker who is helping us convert our garage into a home gym and therapy room. We need help upgrading our panel and plugs to accommodate a sauna and a cold plunge tub as well as protecting all of this with surge protectors on the house. Also, during a free safety inspection Baker found a faulty wire in our panel. That was a fire hazard. I had no idea the wire was loose. Super grateful he found that and prevented a disaster!!

Best technician experience I’ve ever had! Zach is amazing, he put everything I needed in very timely, professionally, and respectfully. He even modified one of my ceiling fan parts to make the fan height fit how I wanted it to. He installed an electrical outlet, ceiling fan, and tv mount / tv. He was very respectful and was a great person to hangout and talk with while he did his job. 10/10 would recommend Zach and Mr. Electric to a friend all around amazing job. Will definitely call again if any future work is needed.

I called for the appointment on the eighth and was scheduled on the ninth. Prior to my appointment, I received a text with a picture of the service person (Baker King)and the time that he would be arriving. I appreciated that because for my safety it was helpful. Mr. King arrived on time wore protective shoe coverings and was very respectful of my safety and property. He explained what he was doing and provided me with a detailed invoice before making any repairs. He was competent and Knowledgeable about his work. I also received a detailed assessment of all of my electrical needs and offered the opportunity to make repairs where needed. I highly recommend Mr Electric. Betty Thompson
