    REMARKABLE SERVICE!! My husband and I called Mr. Electric of Knoxville because we have purchased a fixer upper home in the last year which had a non functioning bathroom light plus we had a kitchen outlet which was shooting sparks to the extent that it was obviously hazardous and non usable. Mr. Electric of Knoxville sent me an electrician named JC, whom was a Godsend. Not only was JC friendly/courteous/professional but he also didn't waste any time fixing our issues within an hour. He went one step further by taking the time to explain to me WHY our home was having these electrical issues which only serves to help and educate us as new home owners. Our household has used Mr.Electric on a prior occasion and good quality service was provided then as well. All of the technicians it seems do exemplary work. Nash Thixton, a Span Panel certified electrician, showed up on time and provided an expert inspection and a full quote to convert the old electrical panels to smart panels within 20 min after inspection. He also provided 0% financing option that made the installation much more affordable. I found to Nash to be a qualified, experienced, professional, knowledgeable and motivated person. Lastly, he is very happy with Mr Electric as a company which says a lot about them as a company in my book. I am very satisfied and will do the job after the third quote later this week.
