  • Absolutely amazing service! We woke up without power to one of our bedrooms and couldn’t figure out the underlying cause ourselves. Electricians were booked out too far when we needed a fix ASAP. Luckily my mother-in-law found Mr. Electric and I am so thankful for them!! Dustin was very polite, considerate, kind, and obviously extremely knowledgeable. He listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly. He quickly found the source of the problem and fixed it within an hour. He helped everything make sense to my MIL and me, and answered every question we could think of. I cannot recommend this company and Dustin enough!! Absolutely made our day getting this fixed so quickly and on the same day of our call. We know that we were extremely lucky to be fit between Dustin’s appointments and we are endlessly grateful for his time and expertise.

  • I’m in the midst of a to-the-studs remodel of a 1948 home in Gladstone. The original wiring was ungrounded and the panel upgrade circa 1980 was insufficient for the high electrical demands of a modern home, much less the expected amp draw in the future with multiple EV chargers. We ripped it out and started over. Mr. Electric managed the project to replace the entire electrical service starting at the power pole in the street. The home now has a 320A service, new meter/main setup, and a pair of Leviton Load Center smart panels. With this new setup the home is ready for at least the next 50 years. What I appreciate the most about Mr. Electric’s team is their professionalism. Every technician who came to the property knew his craft and expressed a positive, friendly attitude. Further, the team managed each detail of the project scope, permits, coordinating with PGE crews, and inspections. I’m confident the job was done right and exceeds building code. There are a lot of construction tasks I’m willing to tackle myself, but not the installation of a new electrical service. Bring in the pros and make sure this foundational element is correct.
