Working with Laurence, Sue, Eric, and Josh was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Eric and Josh came out to fix my electrical panel and added a neutral bar to bring everything fully up to code. My utility room is extremely small—only one person can fit in it at a time—but instead of standing idle, Josh proactively went above and beyond, taking the initiative to re-adjust outlets in my basement so they sat perfectly flush in the wall. That level of professionalism and attention to detail truly impressed me. I was completely blown away by the quality of work, efficiency, and care they put into the job. Outstanding service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!
