We had a tree take out all of our power lines, meter and mast. Mr Electric had an electrician out to my house within an hour. He gave us a quote and started repairs the next morning. We had power back to the house within 24 hours of me calling them. Zach Z was AWESOME. Explained to me what needed to be done and how they would fix it. The best thing is the communication from the company itself. Each time Zach was coming to my house, I received a text with Zach's picture, a phone number and roughly what time he would be there. Cant say enough about this company!

Their estimation process was very transparent, which helped me feel comfortable hiring them for all this work. Keith was our electrician, and he did a fantastic job! He was very professional, timely, but also fun to work with. My wife and I opted to help with some of the work to reduce costs, and he was always very patient and thorough when it came to teaching us how to help.
