    Mr. Electric saved us! At 3:30 pm we saw them on Yelp, asked for a quote after seeing that they have a $75 flat rate (just in case it was just replacing a fuse), Frank responded right away and Andrew was at our door within an hour. Andrew was excellent at explaining what was happening which showed his knowledge, experience and trouble shooting expertise. Our circuit breaker didn’t trigger but power was going somewhere! Andrew vowed not to leave until he found the source and made it safe for us. We appreciated the estimates and different levels of options so we can plan for future repairs. No pressure to do only the current problem. Mr. Electric and Andrew are now our preferred electricians.

    We had a burnt outlet that nearly caused a fire bc the outlet wasn’t wired correctly – we were very lucky. Jonathan fixed the issue by replacing the plug, outlet, and breaker. He’s super knowledgeable and took the time to explain the root of the problem. This was helpful as much of what he told me was new and very important. Will be calling Mr. Electric for tune ups as well.
