I am in the process of converting my garage to a dedicated woodworking shop and as a result, I wanted to install a 60 amp sb-panel in my garage. I originally hired another electrician who came and installed, what I thought was said sub-panel. Shortly after installation, several outlets, including a GFCI running to my pool light, stopped working. I asked the original electrician to come back and trouble shoot and I never felt like I was being prioritized and the problem was not resolved. So I called Mr. Electric and spoke with Eric. I explained my problem and he had me setup with an appointment the very next day. Mitch, the electrician that showed up to my house, was very courteous, very patient and very thorough. He explained exactly what he found, exactly what the problem was and told me exactly how he could/would fix it. He spent a couple of hours repairing the situation, checking multiple plugs, wires and fixtures in the garage and the house to ensure everything was working. he found loose connections in the main panel on the back of the house, showed me those and explained what could happened and then fixed them. He got all of the outlets in the garage working and my pool light working, and ensured everything was in good working order before he left. I felt like everything was completed thoroughly and correctly. I felt very confident that the job was done right. Mr. Electric will be my first call next time I am need. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Repair service is completed in a timely manner. Appointment times are scheduled and adhered to by repairman. Jobs are professionally well done and reasonably priced. It is also possible to get an estimate before any work is done so there are no surprises at the completion of the job. We’ve had Mr. Electric come out several times over the last few years and we have always been pleased. Our home was built in 1928 so it’s important to us to have someone who is knowledgable and retains the integrity and look of our home.
