THIS ELECTRIC COMPANY CAME FIXED OUR ELECTRIC PROBLEM AND THE JOB WAS SO VERY NEAT AND WE HAD SOME MORE PROBLEMS THEY WERE SO NICE ABOUT EVERTHING. ALL OUR ELECTRIC PROBLEM WAS FIXED AND THE JOB WAS SO VERY NEAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL I WOULD GIVE THIS ELECTRIC COMPANY A TOP NOTCH JOB AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED .

I called Mr. Electric on Thursday because I had a circuit that kept tripping and needed some help with how to prevent it from tripping all the time. They set me up with an appointment the same day and I was even able to get one for after I was off work. Deborah was my electrician . She showed up on time and look at every single thing. She took the time to listen to what was going on and problem solve the issue. She was able to give me a fix so it would keep tripping and told me she could take my attic fan and put it on its own circuit. I was super happy and pleased with this company. They are very professional. They are also very safe, she was wearing a mask, gloves, and feet coverings. I will be using them for all my future electrical needs. Update: October 2020 I had my breaker box updated and a circuit split. Mr. Electric sent me confirmation emails as well as emails with my technician and their picture. I had Mike. Mike showed up on time and worked super hard. He explained the process and made sure everything was in order and correctly fixed. They even installed more smoke and CO 2 detectors to make sure we were safe after the installation. Mrs. King in the office was super friendly and helped me set up a time and payment options. I felt very safe in their hands with something so serious like replacement of the breaker box. They are super professional and when Mike come he wore his masks and gloves the whole time. Mike made sure I knew everything that was going on at each step. Wonderful company!

I got up this morning to find my refrigerator dark, I went to the panel box but could not get that breaker to stay in the right position. I called three different electric companies, and Carmella at Mr. electric was reassuring that she could get a tech out to my place fairly soon. It was around 11AM. Bobby showed up around 35 minutes later and assured me he would “get to the bottom“ of the problem and fix it. He was very gentlemanly and professional, which I appreciated . The problem turned out to be more complicated than I thought but he patiently explained to me every step along the way and why it was necessary. He did fix the problem, working tirelessly in this hot and humid weather. I was very grateful that Mr. electric was able to get to me so quickly.I will be glad to recommend them to all my friends as experts and just good people to deal with.
