  • I called Mr. Electric after other electricians recommended by friends had not returned my calls after several days. Frustrated and wanting to fix my issue, my husband and I decided to call Mr. Electric. Margaret answered the phone and initially offered some trouble shooting tips. When I said we felt best having a professional look at it, she said she could have someone come the next day. Although that’s a very quick response, I was hoping for sometime that same day as it was my day off and I expressed that to her. She said, “Let me see what I can do and I’ll call you back.” Less than 10 minutes later, she said she had someone who could be at my house in about 20 minutes. I was thrilled. A little while later, Alan arrived and in less than an hour my electrical problem was fixed. He was professional, polite, informative and friendly. He explained that Mr. Electric prices are all preset and he gave exact estimates as he went through the job. It cost about $200 for him to diagnose the problem and replace one of our outlets and it was the best money I’ve spent all week! I will absolutely call Mr. Electric again in the future. Friendly, professional, helpful- they were great!
