I called Mr. Electric on a weekday late afternoon and to my surprise they scheduled a visit for the following day. They called me early morning to confirm and the electrician was on site just after 8am. Sarah assessed the situation and promptly identified the source of the problem. After a thorough explanation of the problem and a detailed quote she committed to stay on site and complete the necessary repairs required digging a tremch 18” deep and approximately six feet long. Sarah kept me apprised every step of the way until the job was finished, shortly after 5pm. . She was very professional and courteous. I cannot commend Sarah enough.
