Josh did an amazing job. He was friendly and attentive. He listened to our problems and offered multiple solutions, giving us his opinion on the best. We had him change out over 15 electrical outlets, put a new one in our bathroom, and update our fuse box to a breaker box as well as go up in power. He clearly communicated when he would be arriving and kept us updated on the permits. He even took the time to bribe my vicious vicious tiny dog, who loved him by the time the project was done. All of the work was done well and is of good quality. Outlets that have never worked now work. I no longer have to fight the fuse box when it decides we’ve done too much laundry. We absolutely recommend Josh and Mr. Electric. The staff at the office were affable and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

I called Mr Electric because my house lost power in 2 rooms and no other company would come look at it. They came out, spent time making sure they found the problem, explained everything to me and showed me what they were seeing. Josh and Ashley were very professional. Josh answered all my questions. He tried and was unable to go through the chimney but was unable to because of steel in the chimney. We were able to come up with a satisfactory alternative. Was unable to run a dedicated circuit to the lower fireplace because the lower room is on a slab and has a flat roof which wouldn’t allow wiring through to the other side. Josh and Ashley were very polite and cleaned up the work areas nicely. Ashley also made good friend for dog Princess. I would give them 5 stars out of 5.

Josh and Drew were exceptional. Both kind and professional with the work done. I had multiple outlets, switches and lights not working. After diagnosing the issues the gentlemen were quick with their work. Not only was the work done well it was clean. The two made sure to sweep and vacuum any messes that were left. I’d recommend Mr. electric, but I’d highly recommend Josh and Drew. They are welcome to come help me anytime! Thank you gentlemen!
