  • Stephen was awesome, he really knows his stuff, he was able to deal with my kids, and me with a smile on his face. He understood and took into consideration that we are on a budget. We did have some lights go back out after he left but still I would highly recommend him because I have no doubt that he will not stop until he figures out and is able to fix the problem.

  • Mr. Electric of Covington is a great company. Prior to contacting Mr. Electric I reached out to many different contractors in the past several weeks in an attempt to replace a high ceiling light fixture. This included multiple visits to my home to inspect the site. In each of these cases, the end result was that either: 1) the entity/individuals do not work on very high areas; or 2) the company doesn’t have a large enough ladder, so I would have to provide a ladder/scaffold to the site. However, after contacting Mr. Electric, the complete process was terrific from beginning to end. During the scheduling process the receptionist confirmed what needed to be done and included my comments and notes especially the high ceiling. The appointment was scheduled quickly at a time that worked around my schedule. And last, Stephen from Mr. Electric visited my home fully prepared. He quoted me with a very reasonable price for this job and other areas I added when he was at my home. And, he completed all areas of concern on the same day without having to come back. Stephen is prompt, professional, and wonderful to work with. I am planning to use Mr. Electrical in the future for all of my electrical needs. I highly recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who is looking for a great electrician.

  • We are new residents to the Covington area and were in need of a timely response for installing a dedicated 220 switch outlet from our house panel to the yard location where a new hot tub was being installed. My wife and I are so thankful to find a technician like Julien Lodato, who was just the man for the job. But I also have to give credit to the whole outfit, Andrew included, from the office to the front line tech’s, this is a first class operation.
